It is with great sorrow that we have to announce that Zukhra Pontey, our inimitable International Business Director has suddenly died. She had recently won a brave fight with cancer, but unexpectedly developed related complications and died peacefully on Sunday 30th January.

Before WMH&I, Zukhra joined Identica in 2012. She successfully ran multiple Russian and East European projects. Most recently she worked on a project that will create an innovative insurance brand for the Russian market.

Zukhra was highly valued by our clients and a greatly loved member of the WMH&I team. We will all miss her unique style, her unwavering commitment, her professional dedication, and her exuberant spirit. Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this sad time.

Zukhra's family asked us to share the details of her burial today, 2nd February, at 2.00pm at West Drayton Cemetery, Harmondsworth Rd, West Drayton, UB7 9JJ.

For Zukhra’s many friends and colleagues, we will be organising a memorial event in the near future to celebrate her life and remember her. Details to follow.
